My 3 simple steps to fall in love with you again...
- Start to wash and blowdry your hair – don’t just put it up in a ponytail or a bun all the time even though it is quick and easy and you are probably tired and don’t have much energy. But believe me on this one, you feel so much better if your hair is clean and dry.
- Get all dressed up and put on your best clothes – don’t just settle for tracksuit pants and t-shirts all the time. When you look your best, you feel already much better.
- Put on some makeup and make yourself look and feel pretty – as if you are going to a very important meeting. You’d be surprised how good it feels every time you look in the mirror and you see your pretty face.
Be kind to yourself.

When you don’t feel good about yourself, it is ten times harder to stick to a healthy eating plan or to loose weight. But once you feel better about yourself, these things happen automatically.
